I started my career in a busy PR office in London. I then moved in-house and learned what it takes to shape a brand from the inside.

Soon, I realised that I wanted to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Now I help people and organisations communicate with clarity and impact. I work on strategy, campaigns, writing, training and public speaking.

Crafting press releases, op-eds, and feature articles to help you get noticed for the right reasons. From pitching stories to securing coverage, the focus is on making your organisation, brand, or work visible, credible, and memorable in the media.

Public Speaking Coaching - Speech Preparation

Working with individuals to overcome anxiety and fears around public speaking. Sessions focus on developing practical strategies, using effective tools, and preparing for presentations or speeches through mock-ups and live feedback, ensuring confidence and impact on stage.

Training & Development

Designing and delivering courses and workshops on all things communications. From public speaking and LinkedIn strategy to digital marketing, each session equips participants with practical skills, confidence, and strategies to communicate effectively and make an impact. I am a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).
